Join us for Whiskey Wednesdays! Whether you're a curious novice or an experienced aficionado, Whiskey Wednesdays in the barrel room will have something to whet your whiskey whistle. We'll begin with a short distillery tour to learn about the full grain to glass process of whiskey making, aging and blending, followed by a chance to taste some our Phyllis Rye Whiskeys, including a couple yet-to-be released whiskeys. Learn the subtle art of sensory evaluation, using sight, smell and taste, with our expert team in a fun, laid back environment.
